PodMagic is an AI-powered tool that analyzes, optimizes, and generates marketing assets for podcast episodes, helping podcasters save time and grow their audience.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Payment & Refunds
PodMagic offers various subscription plans. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the associated fees. We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. We do not offer refunds for any fees paid.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Podder Audio Advertising S.L. and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written permission.
User Content
By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your user content in any existing or future media.
